Urban Solutions of America through its affiliate Optima Inspection Assiciates, LLC can porvide building evaluation and inspection services.  Urban Solutions of America makes itself available to local governments and private interests for consultation on construction projects.  We recognize that, very often, local entities either cannot afford technical staff to manage construction projects or do not have the staff time to devote to their complexities.  Urban Solutions can assist with the design and management of design and engineering consultants, preparation of project manual and bid documents, contractor selection, and monitoring of construction activities.
